My Story

Hi my name is Yitzhak Morrison. I was born in Nahariah, Israel. I grew up in Jamaica, but lived most of my life in the United States. Growing up I was heavily into sports, soccer, football, and basketball. I joined the Marine Corp my senior year through an early entrance program. In the service, I was not only tested physically, but also mentally. This type of training taught me how to visualize my potential and learn how to overcome any obstacle. A few years later after leaving the service, I decided to pursue a career in personal development. I acquired my Personal Training certification in 2008 along with my Nutrition, and Body Transformation certifications. I love what I do, because helping people reach their goals that once seemed impossible is my passion. The reason why I created this site is to have a platform of my own to inform, inspire, and empower individuals that nothing is impossible and that all your ideas deserve to be created.
